Bruce drops into KILT in the afternoon for a 30-minute chat that was broadcast live. This interview (which survives but isn’t widely circulating) includes important historical revelations about “The Fever” amongst them, a confirmation by Bruce that his performance of the song the previous night in San Antonio was his first since the Liberty Hall show of March 10, 1974. He also states that he’d never played “The Fever” at any gig prior to Liberty Hall (Bruce obviously not considering his KLOL-FM in-station rendition on March 9, 1974 as a concert performance).
